At Shock Doctor, we stand behind our protective gear and offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the exchange and return process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location to ensure a tracked and safe delivery back to our warehouse.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
