Each mouthguard comes with specific 'Boil and Bite' instructions. Generally, you will heat the guard in boiling water, cool it briefly in cold water, and then bite down to create a custom mold of your teeth.
What is your return policy for protective gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in original, unused condition. However, for hygiene reasons, mouthguards cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
